(More customer reviews)When the bag is empty is sometimes falls off so it can be annoying, also have to be careful how much stuff you put in it so it doesn't end up dragging on the floor. It says the weight limit is 20 lbs, but not sure if that is accurate for dragging purposes. It is still a great bag and I haven't found one better, just wish it stayed on better.
