(More customer reviews)I'm using glow plugs as igniters in a DIY project so I can't comment how well these work in their intended setting, but in the general sense these wires seem to work well and are well built. The end that goes on the glow plug is basically a tightly wound spring covered in heat-shrink. It takes a little work to work it onto the end of the glow plug, but that's expected as it needs to hold tightly. They come back off the glow plug when you want them to fairly easily, but don't seem likely to work loose on their own. The other end is a female .15 bullet connector, male counterparts are readily available here and at the local hardware store.
