It took about an hour to assemble due to the extra complications of the Quad Steer system that requires the use of cotter pins not normally seen on other wagons, but it's definitely worth it. Other friends had complained to us about the lack of off-road comfort in other wagons, so the inflatable tires on this wagon and the lower price than comparable Radio Flyer models attracted us. However, now that we've experienced the handle that adjusts it's length at the push of a button and the exceptional maneuverability of the Quad-Steer system we were VERY pleasantly surprised at how great this wagon really is. The wagon's constructions is solid and heavy, yet it doesn't feel particularly heavy when pulled because the tires roll so smoothly. Our only minor disappointment was the lack of support for the kids riding in it. The metal "tub" is deeper than other metal wagons, but the lack of wood slats on the back and sides means tracking down some other method to ensure the kids can lean back comfortably. A stadium seat it seems to be doing the trick, but hopefully we'll find something better in the future. Having these options readily available would have made it a solid 5 stars all the way.
