(More customer reviews)I bought the Swimline RC Submarine, not this toy. I am sharing my experience with the company with regards to the poor product they sold and the poorer customer service so that the consumer can be warned.
Within minutes of exploring the mysteries of my pool, the sub died.
Could not get the company on the phone and they ignored my emails.
The autopsy revealed that water had breached the port nacelle and the engine flooded.
I will never again purchase anything from Swimline/ILP.
The toy was crap and their customer service crappier.
