(More customer reviews)I ordered this transmitter from this company, and waited a full week and still had not received the product, so I contacted the customer support by email to see if they could provide me a tracking number so I can see where my item was currently at. The customer support representative stated that my item was at my local post office and would be delivered soon. Well that was great, but when I checked my banking account the same day, Amazon had sent me a refund for this tranmistter and did not state why, so I contacted the customer support again, and he stated he knew nothing about it and that my transmitter would be delievered soon.
After about 2 weeks, I still did not receive my transmitter, so I just purchased the DX5e transmitter kit that comes with the AR500 receiver, as I couldn't wait on this terrible company to figure out what exactly was going on. One person is stating it is about to arrive, while Amazon had issued a refund for this item a week ago...
My only guess is, they didn't have the item in stock and was forced to send a refund, but they couldn't even contact me by email/phone to state that. They just simply issued a refund with no reason why, and worst of all, the customer service guy is clueless because he continued to state the item was at my local post office and should be delivered soon.
I'll never do business with this company again, it appears 10 year olds are running the company.
