(More customer reviews)My 2.5 yo son wanted a red car for Christmas. This is ALL he wanted. I bought him a Lightning McQueen R/C from Matel (sp?). It was junk. Broke! I was so sad that he didn't get to play with the one thing he asked for Christmas morning. I told him that I would take it to Santa's guy and get it fixed. I did and I found out that there were none to be found and it didn't look like they were even being stocked. So, I found this Bruin car. LOVE IT! It is big and it works. I was skeptical because it didn't turn, but when it goes backwards it does turn slightly. Good enough. He doesn't care anyway. Yes it does run by itself. When he's not playing with it, we make sure it is turned off. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! because he loves it.
