(More customer reviews)My son recieved this as a birthday gift, loved it. After a month it died. We thought it was a fluke. Purchased another one and sure enough, about 1.5 months later, it too is dead. Batteries were replaced in both the remote and the truck and nothing. We made sure we were inserting the batteries correctly and we had. $80.00 down the tubes for two of these trucks including tax and shipping. VERY unsatisified and the matchbox/Mattel sites leave much to be desired as far as customer service goes. They do not seem to care to even allow a comment e-mail or letter. No email address or physical address to be found.
