(More customer reviews)The software download for this device does not work on new computers unless you change the basic settings of your computer. I do not want to mess with my computer I want software suitable for it. I contacted the company and this is what they say:Hello Andy,
Thank you for choosing Hitec products. It sounds as though you might be running either Windows 7 or Vista. For Windows 7, you need to go into your User Accounts in your Control Panel, and change your User Account Control Settings to "Never Notify". For Vista, you need to go to the same place and uncheck the Administrator Rights. Re-install the program and all will be fine.

This is not just an issue with our software. Any software created before Windows 7, or Vista will have this issue.
