(More customer reviews)This was a Christmast gift. It broke on the SECOND use and the company has been horrible about responding to my request for service. After failing to return at least two emails they promised to send a replacement part. That was over a month and 1/2 ago and I haven't heard from them. I emailed them again and they didn't respond. For a supposedly high end company (some of their toys sell in the thousands of dollars) their customer service is deplorable. I have an unusable scooter and an upset five year old.
