(More customer reviews)I got this toy for my son at Christmas. It worked only 2 weeks, it started to smell like something was burning. I went on the New Bright web-site, follow the instructions and sent them an e-mail to get a return authorization number. I never heard from them. I called them 3 weeks later to find out if they received my e-mail, the lady on the phone was very rude and uncooperative. She refused to give me an authorisation number, an she's sending me a new remote when the problem is obviously the car. It sounds to me that they're buying time to get pass the 90 days return policy. Because of the very poor costumer service, I'd say don't buy from New Bright.
