Heated up some H2O in the microwave, dipped just the top part of the main rotor shaft and rotor in the hot water for a few seconds, the old rotor slipped right off. The new one went right on, and just to be sure there was no slippage like the other buyers claimed..............one drop of super glue. Flies like a dream.
