(More customer reviews)I got this as an early gift for my child (who's going on 5 & is into cars & stuff); also to mess around with & have some fun when they're not around. So when I saw the price drop, granted only a couple dollars, I thought it would be a good deal. It looks pretty good, especially for the price, but my complaint/dislike is in the performance.
The car simply will not drive straight, even after fidgeting with the steering controls on the underside of the car to try & get the wheels pointed straight. The car kinda starts to veer slightly to the left when rolling; & forward is the only direction being held on the remote.
My child likes it & thinks it's cool, which does count, but i don't want them thinking that this is how a proper RC vehicle operates.
So for a young kid, this toy might be fine & dandy, but for anyone older, it'll be a let down overall.
