(More customer reviews)I bought this cooler as a Christmas gift end of November (but received it Dec 2), and I am so upset that this company is so inflexible and unreasonable about their return policy that they refused to return this item just 2 days after their 30 day return policy, even though I explained that it was a Christmas gift, and that I was out of town over the holidays and was unable to do so until I got back on Jan 3. I obviously also had to hold onto the gift for over 3 weeks before it was opened because I ordered it so early, so it was near impossible to have met their return requirements. I am so mad that I missed this part when ordering! When I called on Jan 4, (2 days after the 30 day return date) to explain that my family member did not like the gift because it was too noisy and was in a collapsed state unless it was completely filled with ice and drinks, so wanted an Amazon gift card instead, the man on the phone said that he would not return the item! I guess I was rather surprised because most retailers are extremely lenient and kind about returns in January because they know that people buy things in advance and have to hold onto them for weeks before they are given out. BEGUM9 WAS UNREASONABLE AND THE ABSOLUTE WORSE RETAILER TO DEAL WITH--SO BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THAT YOU MIGHT POSSIBLY HAVE TO RETURN!!! IT IS WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO BUY WHATEVER YOU MIGHT BUY ON THIS SITE AT ANOTHER STORE!!!
