(More customer reviews)My son got this for his birthday less than a month ago. He was thrilled! Unfortunately, within just a few days, the back digger had broken (piece that holds the pin which lets it bend broke off), and it doesn't drive anymore. We tried several sets of new batteries, but it didn't make any difference. The only thing that still works are the sound effects, which include loud annoying "music". My son has lots more fun with other backhoes he just pushes around by himself.
