We recieved notice that this product and the following list is non compliant to the new CPSC regulations that Congress has written for the toy industry. We were advised to destroy this product. Most of our vendors that have products that are non compliant are asking that they be destoyed and full credit recieved. Kid Galaxy wants them destroyed and will give 25% credit on these items so we will no longer carry Kid Galaxy as they are shifting there responsibilities to the independent toy stores to eat the cost of there non compliants items. The following is the complete list of Kid Galaxy non compliant items. I will forward this to Amazon and hopefully they will take the neccessary actions to have them deleted off there sight. In good judgement are company will not sell anything that we are aware of that is harmful to your children.
