(More customer reviews)This is a VERY cool toy! I bought it for my 6 year old son and there is no way he's going to be able to use it until he's at least 10! I get to play with it until then!
Things to consider when buying this toy:
Do I have the space to use it?
This is definetly a parking lot toy. You need a lot of space to be able to let it go as fast as it can and still be able to maneuver it. You will not be playing with it Christmas morning unless you live somewhere warm with a big parking lot!
How old is your child?
This toy would be suitable for young teenagers. They market it to littler kids, but it is really best for kids over 10. This would also be a cool toy to buy your dad (or other male adult). I might give it to my dad and buy my son another easier to use model.

(More customer reviews)Put in the batteries properly, not even after 5 minutes of play we smelled burnt circutry and one of the wheels was stuck in forward gear. When we 'fixed' it and made it stop the same side will now not operate in reverse. Did not yet try to contact the company, but do not have the packaging or it would be returned in store!!!
May not be every car, but I have seen more 'cheaply made' cars reviews from this company online.

Air Hogs XS Motors Red Moto Frenzy Stunt Bike Ch A Review

(More customer reviews)This was THE "must have" present my son wanted for his birthday. The price is somewhat reasonable, so we decided to get it for him. After the first 30 minutes or so, the "magic" was gone. The cycle loses it charge quickly and the stunts are less than impressive. The cycle worked okay on a hardwood floor, but carpet and other surfaces not so great. Needless to say it was a big disappointment and it now sits gathering dust. He may have used it for a total of 1 hour (maybe) before just giving up on it. Had my wife not thrown away the box, I would have returned it. The only reason I gave this toy 2 stars instead of 1 star is because it does stay on its two wheels well and you can control it left and right (somewhat). If that seems appealing to you, then go for it. However, I would NOT recommend this toy.

(More customer reviews)We bought this toy for my daughter for christmas and it was the biggest hit out of all her gifts. She loved it! But almost as soon as the fun started it was over. First the antenna broke while pulling it up. Then the back wheels stopped working and would smoke and smell when you tried to play with it! And we only used it in our living room carpet! The car is beautiful and so fun but must be very poorly made. We are hoping th eseller will refund or at best exchange. Great idea but poor quality. Virginia Shackelford
