I was under the assumption that i was getting a team losi battery pack. I bet it works but i dont like buying one thing from a huge market place like amazon.com and getting something other than i ordered....

This is sure to be one of the more popular options for the new Mini-T. Racers get an 1100mAh Ni-MH battery pack that substantially increases speed and runtime and a wall charger to go with it. (More customer reviews)Our son LOVED this toy - he got it for his 3rd birthday and drove it nonstop for about two days until he dropped it onto the kitchen floor and it stopped working. Keep in mind, him dropping it was only a fall of two feet at the most. My husband took it completely apart to try to fix it, but couldn't find anything loose or broken.
So, AWESOME toy, but if you get it, make them keep it on the floor or find some other way to limit the abuse - hard to do when toddlers are naturally hard on toys.

(More customer reviews)We had experienced the same problems the other two reviewers had -- poor instructions and inability to find a spot for the AA batteries. If you look at the car's "exhaust pipe" you will see a small screw with a small black piece that pivots. Move this piece to the side and you should be able to flip the exhaust pipe up and find the spot for the 3 AAs.
I can hear the kids playing with it now so I gave it a slightly better review. If for some reason they really enjoy it, I'll upgrade our rating.

Too much fun but I bought this on November 16th off the shelf at T R Us on sale for $99. Reg price is $119. This is gonna turn into one of the products people don't shop for hop on Amazon and assume they are getting a good deal. Remember anybody can sell on Amazon., Individuals buy from other dealers on here at times and have it drop shipped. Amazon does not mean best price when it comes to stuff like this. Beware!!!

Bruder Mack Granite Flatbed Truck with JCB Loader Backhoe Review

(More customer reviews)This is a massive plastic toy truck that is amazingly well detailed. If your child is going to smash it into a brick wall or throw it down a flight of stairs then you better pass up on it as it will never stand up to that kind of abuse. If you have a child that loves any kind of construction equipment and has some respect for their toys your money will be well spent on this item. I think the age group Bruder recommends for these "Pro Series" is a little young for this line of vehicles. You should start them out with the less expensive "RoadMax" line of toy trucks as they have less detailed items to break off and see how they do. If your child still shows interest as they grow then upgrade to the higher end 'Pro Series" models. This particular truck is so nice that we decided it was going to be an inside play toy only even though Bruder says it's safe for outside also. My son loves it and plays with it for hours but I still had to show him how to operate some of the features on the truck and loader the first couple of times so he didn't overexert and break something off. I think it's an excellent toy overall.

(More customer reviews)I like this helicopter. It has true 3 axis proportional control. It's durable: it has probably crashed 200 times in the ten hours I've flown it and it's still in new condition. It can be flown indoors: in all those crashes I haven't broken anything yet.
Information: it is very small and light; apparently it won't tolerate a breeze outdoors. The controller takes 4 AA batteries. The controller plugs into the helicopter to charge it. You get about 5 to 10 minutes of flying time for 10 to 20 minutes of charging time.
Downsides: it takes a while to learn to control it. After ten hours I am just now able to fly with only a couple of crashes per flight.
Buyer advisory: only buy RC toys that have proportional control (small input/ small result, large input/ large result). RC toys that aren't proportional are no fun, even for kids, because you can't develop skill.

(More customer reviews)There's a huge design flaw in this toy! The remote control can't stop the car!
Once you turn the car "on", the wheels start spinning. The remote control only controls whether the car is going backwards or forward. The remote can't brake or stop the car. So the car goes and goes and only forward or backward (with a turn) can be controlled.
It's very frustrating, because unless you constantly switch between forward and reverse turn, the car will constantly run into walls, people, furniture, etc. If only Tyco/Disney had spent another few dollars and put a "brake" feature in the remote.
