This is a must have MONSTER TRUCK, This truck is one hell of a Beast!!!
For all you Nitro RC hobbiest's, You must have it. 3 of my friends and people I don't know bought one after seeing my run mine!!!

The GST 7.7 features the largest engine ever used in a RC Monster Truck, the 5 horsepower NX 7.7 engine. The GST 7.7 features three fully sealed differentials that can be filled with silicone oil. Want to race your GST 7.7 on a track? Fill the diffs with silicone oil and start setting down some record laps. Maybe pulling wheelies and just straight drag racing is more your style. Replace the center diff gears with the included center lock and you can start pulling wheelies till your gallon of nitro is gone. The NX 7.7 features a revised recoil start assembly, a sharp looking black anodized heat sink cylinder head, and an updated crankshaft that allows for better airflow. What does this all mean for the GST 7.7?? This means increased power and increased reliability! With the NX7.7 engine, the large displacement offers brutal torque to pull those super high wheelies, climb the steepest hills, or just plain drag your buddy's weak 4.6cc powered monster truck around the backyard. But the fun doesn't stop there, not only does the GST 7.7 feature brute torque, thanks to the 3 speed transmission, the NX 7.7 engine can propel the GST up to an astounding 40mph!!! And with the GST 7.7’s reverse module, you could go 40mph in reverse or forward! The gargantuan 7.5 inch low profile tires with chrome wheels dwarf everything else out there. Along with the wheels, the truck's body has been pre painted in one of the best looking schemes to ever be included with a Ready to Rock truck

Traxxas Bandit RTR Buggy w/XL5 ESC Review

Traxxas Bandit RTR Buggy w/XL5 ESC
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The Specifics:
The Traxxas Bandit XL-5 is a popular 1/10 scale model remote control buggy capable of 35+ MPH speeds right out of the box. Traxxas is a leading RC manufacturer based in Plano Tx. The assembled buggy is about a foot long and weighs in at about 3 lbs. The Bandit buggy style has been around since 1995 and shares many parts with the Rustler. Currently there are 2 available new models, the 2405 as seen here and the 2407 also known as the Bandit VXL. Sticking with the 2407 as seen here, the buggy is on and off road capable in wet and dry conditions due to Traxxas engineers creating waterproof electronics. The Bandit XL-5 is rated for skill level 1 for ease of set-up, maintenance, and support. It's important to consider that it also has a "training" mode with reduced power to make learning to drive easier and fun at the same time (not to mention safer). Currently, new Traxxas Bandits come with everything needed to get up and running with the exception of 8AA batteries for the transmitter. Parts are readily available from hobby stores that carry the Traxxas brand and the internet.
The Driving:
Setting up is easy, basically charge the battery, plug it in, turn it on and your off.
The Bandit is fast, fun, and durable. It can handle almost any terrain from packed snow and asphalt to dirt and light mud. Plowed fields and forest floors are the only places that come to mind that may not work in the Bandits favor. Driving is easy and intuitive with the transmitter trigger and wheel control. Both throttle and steering is proportional, meaning turn a little and the wheels turn a little. Lefty's may find the right handed steering a little getting used to. With all the speed and power built into the Bandit it's good to know that they are also durable. Even with reasonable care I have flipped and tumbled the Bandit in the dirt, driven into fences, and jumped and landed various ways and the bandit keeps going, usually still on it's feet (or tires)(check youtube for videos). Currently the supplied battery pack will give you 10-20 minutes driving time per charge. This leads to purchasing faster chargers and more batteries which cost about $40 for a charger and between $20-$100 for a battery. A word on safety, at top speeds the 3 lb weight can hit something as hard as a hammer. The batteries produce 3000-8000 milli-amps, more than enough for very serious shocks, burns, and worse. Aftermarket Li-Po batteries have a whole host of cautionary statements. Drivers/owners/buyers should exercise appropriate caution.
Moving up:
Even your basic Bandit has a whole host of upgradable parts available, aluminum replacement pieces, tires, electronics and motors, even the gearing can be changed to better adapt to pavement or dirt. If your board with driving your Bandit around the neighborhood there are RC clubs that sponsor racing and other activities. It's a good overall experience for young and old alike.

This car runs great out of the box,I bought a 3ooo battery pack and it gives it alot more power,my Rustler is faster, but not by a whole lot.I had some of the parts to break, and when I sent them in I received Graphite replacement parts. The car turns on a dime, has good acceleration and a decent top end, jumps awesome and it must have a lower pinion gear because it seems to pull fairly well also, even in short grass.Plus,it runs about 5 min longer on a battery then my rustler. For the price,it is an awesome car,and it upgrades very easy.I would definatly recomend this car to anyone looking to get into the hobby.

I love this Rock Crawler, the only complaint i have is that the Truck came new out of the Box with the ESC dangling off the Truck I had to Re-stick it to the Mounting Plate. It ran great for about 3 min then it malfuntioned. I had to Email Integy about the ESC not working, it took 3 days for an Email response and i have to Mail my ESC to them in Califorinia from Peoria IL. So It will be fun to play with when I get the Part returned to me from Integy.

For those of you who are looking to buy any type of nitro truck, let me tell you you need alot of patience. I own a traxxas nitro similar to this one and it is alot of fun but requires alot of time, patience, and accurate tunning to get it running. These trucks will also put a big dent in your wallet, nitro fuel costs over $30 dollars and you also have to buy glow plugs. Keep in mind this is a fun hobby, I my self am an rc fanatic, but if you are not willing to put in a lot of time and money into the truck, you may want to consider an electric one.

TAM58346 Grasshopper Electric Radio Control Race Buggy Kit by Tamiya. Based on 1-seater buggies seen tearing-up dirt tracks across the U.S. in the 80s, the Grasshopper first made its appearance in R/C stores in 1984. Boasting easy assembly and easy control, the lightweight Grasshopper proved an instant hit as the perfect entry level R/C kit. Also compatible with a whole range of option parts such as 540 motor and ball bearings, the Grasshopper was an entry level car that could keep up with the owners driving experience. 1/18 Mini-Rock Crawler RTR Review

1/18 Mini-Rock Crawler RTR
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I was just having a blast with my AX-10 when Losi pulls this out of their hat!!
What a cool little crawler! It comes in four color choices, and has a motor/ESC combo that has more than enough ooomph to crawl over some serious ascents. Obviously, the MRC cannot tackle climbs it's larger brethren can, but it CAN climb some amazing things! I just let mine loose in the back yard, and climb anything and everything this little crawler can handle!
The Losi Mini Rock Crawler is a true RTR. You require nothing more than what's in the box to go crawling! Stuff some batteries in the transmitter (included), charge the included NiMh battery (charger also included), plug it in and GO! The battery is good for about 17-20 minutes of climbing. Plug in a similar sized LiPo battery and go LONGER!
Now THIS is the best beginner crawler I can recommend to anyone who wants to go crawling on a budget. Crawling for the masses! What a concept!!
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This addendum is placed as of 3/29/09:
I found a wonderful scale conversion that is not expensive, but allows for the mounting of a really detailed Jeep body on the chassis of the little MRC (Mini Rock Crawler).
First thing is the body. I found mine at my local Wally-World. It's made by New Bright Toys and is marketed as the "Jeep Wrangler Unlimited". It costs approx. $60.00, and while that may SOUND expensive, I know folk who have spent 20 times that amount to do what I'm doing here. You may have color choices, but I was "stuck" with red. It's O.K. though, because my wheels are red, so it's all good.
You will need to remove four screws that hold the body on the chassis, then lift the body off, and toss the chassis, unless you have a specific use for it.
Next, and this is complicated, so follow closely:
Place the ESC UNDER the top plate of the MRC, behind the motor (placing it effectively upside-down). Move the receiver to the top of the steering servo with servo tape or other fastener. Next, cut off the two ribs on the top plate, and place velcro on the top plate.
Test-fit the body on the chassis, taking note of WHERE the chassis sits in relation to the body- wheel wells, wheel height, etc. Then place the other velcro strip to the underside of the body, and "mate" the two halves (you will notice at this juncture that there is an AWFUL LOT of room underneath the body, especially in the hood area, to mount a battery or other accessories, pretty cool!).
The MRC sits a bit too high with it's stock suspension, so I lowered mine by mounting Duratrax "Cliff Climber" crawler shocks. It lowers the ride height by three-eighths of an inch, which is perfect for my conversion. Also, place lead weights on the insides of each wheel. I have approx. three ounces in each of my wheels, and it helps keep the wheels planted on the rocks.
With this mod, the Jeep looks like a stocker on which someone mounted oversized wheels and tires to it! Lights are going on, as well as a working winch! I'm using a scale beer cooler in the bed to hide all the wiring, and it's already wearing 3 batteries! Heavy? Not as much as I thought, but it helps keep the crawler planted on the rocks much better!
Another great benefit of all that weight is that the suspension system actually works like the real thing now. Crawlers as a rule emphasize articulation over travel, but now I have both! I might just try making it a bit faster, as a Trail/Scale truck.
My little "Jeep MRC" is SERIOUS cool! It crawls better than a stock MRC, but looks gangbusters now with it's new scale Jeep Wrangler body, and it all costs less than $100.00!!
New Bright makes all sorts of really detailed scale bodies that can be used for scale builds, such as this one, to make your MRC look and perform better than a stocker, and make it unique in your neighborhood, as well!! All the parts used here can be found here, on Amazon!!

A worldwide first, Losi’s Mini-Rock Crawler utilizes design elements from real-world rock crawling competitors. A multi-link suspension and solid 4mm axles provide the ultimate combination of lightweight agility and strength. Heavy-duty metal ring and pinion gears, solid axles and axle shafts combined with a full set of ball bearings provide the Mini-Rock Crawler with durability for extreme, precision climbs. An extra amount of drag brake was added to hold the vehicle in the steepest of grades. The Crawler also features a high-torque rock-crawling-specific servo packed with power. To fully achieve the scale lookof the full-scale rock crawling machines, Losi designed a Tuber-style body inred, blueor black. Hotshot Off-Road Buggy Review

Hotshot Off-Road Buggy

More than 20 years ago in Manila, my brother and i got to compete in R/C racing.
Mine was the Grasshopper and his was the ever durable Hotshot.
It was one heck of a vehicle which he lent me from time to time.
Being young and inexperienced, i slamed this baby on gutters and sidewalks several times, but it didnt seem to bother it at all. Sure it was heavier than AE's RC10 but as for durability, i can say nothing more. A blast from the 4WD past.
Recently, i got myself this re-issue version. I noticed it almost looked the same, minus the ceramic resistors just below the wing. Brings me back to the days when after a competition and i pick it up, i drop it a few feet back on the ground because my hand gets scalded from those resistors. Now they are just there to complete the look.
Im collecting now. I first bought the RC10 - the one that beat us up most of the time in races. I couldnt afford one then, but now i got one to start off the collection. Intended for me, I eventually had my son play with it since i knew there was something else i wanted. Then i stumbled on the re-issued Hotshot, and i have never been so happy. It took me and my son the whole day bringing it to life. A good bonding project.
The Grasshopper and The Frog is next. Im getting my credit cards ready as i'll be purchasing these two soon here at Amazon.

Associated RC18R 1/18 Kamino RTR Rally Car Review

Associated RC18R 1/18 Kamino RTR Rally Car
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is a great, but basic starter car for anyone looking for something a little better than your standard sub $50 toy R/C cars you buy from the cheap outlets or market resellers. This unit comes with everything you need to start driving the car (except 8 x AA batteries which you need to supply for the transmitter). Just charge up the included battery, connect it, secure the body down, sort out your transmitter and off you go. The car handles very nicely, and while not terribly fast, you can certainly generate a bit of speed quickly with the included motor. The oil filled shocks are good and overall build quality seems quite good.
Spare parts are available, but hopefully not needed for a long while. This is a 27Mhz system so range is limited compared to a 2.4Ghz but still plenty of range to reach up and down most suburban streets. Battery life seems very good compared to other RC cars I have used/owned. Overall a nice package and I guess it could be easily upgraded if you wanted to (brushless motor etc).

Chrome Wheel (R) w/Talon Tire (2): ST
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Purchased for my traxxas rustler to replace the step pin tires that wear quickly on hard surfaces. These tires do not have as much grip on hard surface as I was hoping. Just like the description says, they will slide on asphalt to prevent grip rollovers. When running on asphalt you really have to watch your speed during sharp cornering to keep the tires stuck to the ground and prevent a spinout. I definately would recommend these tires if you are concerned about wear on the factory step pin tires and will run mostly on hard surfaces.

The Traxxas 2.8" Talon tires are the most versatile all-terrain tires available for your Traxxas model. The directional long-wear tread pattern provides extended tire life, while providing exceptional traction on most any surface. The 2.8" Talon integrates a soft rubber compound, large foam inserts, and a go-anywhere design that allows it to excel on asphalt as well as rocks, grass, dirt, or any other surface. The tapered tread design where the treads meet the sidewall enables the tire to slide on asphalt, to help avoid unwanted traction rolls. Increase the ride height and ground clearance of any Traxxas stadium truck by adding a set 2.8" Talon tires.**

Traxxas’ 2.8" All-Star and Twin-Spoke wheels redefine looks and convention by combining structural strength and futuristic stylings. The state-of-the-art design features a brilliant mirror-chrome face. The horizontal bead helps grab the tire, reducing the stress placed on the glue joint by tire expansion.

** When using 2.8" Talon tires on the electric Rustler use a pinion gear that is 4-5 teeth smaller than stock
